1. Studio Time

Details: Book time to independently use the risograph machine, screenprinting services and our general studio facilities.
All new-to-SRC folks must take our Intro to Studio before printing independently.
Best for: Experienced risograph printers looking to print personal work.

2. Flash Printing
Experience Level: Medium -> Very Experienced
Details: We print your design on the spot and briefly explain the process as we go. Files must be prepped ahead of time.
Best for: A first exposure to risograph for those familiar with setting up print files, printing multiple copies of a simple design, quick turnaround.

3. Consultation

Details: We offer a 45 minute consultations on a range of topics from publications, file-prepping, design to general inquiries.

Details: In our individual/group workshops, we'll guide you through the entire riso process.
Best for: A more in-depth learning experience, learning about file set-up, trying something new with an experienced instructor.

We offer risograph studio rental time for experienced riso operators on our MF-9450 dual color risograph or EZ591 (one drum). Studio time is rented on an hourly basis.
All new-to-SRC folks must take our Intro to Studio (Riso) - an orientation to our space, equipment, and housekeeping rules which also includes our Riso Certification. Riso Certification ensures that you can independently operate our Riso machines properly and safely, which includes switching drums, sending files, and basic troubleshooting.

︎︎︎You have access to any equipment in the studio during thsi time as well.

*Riso Certification is valid for one-year after the last time you printed with us.

We offer non-risograph studio rental time that includes to access our studio facilities and equipment.
All new-to-SRC folks must take our Intro to Studio (Non-Riso) - an orientation to our space, equipment, and housekeeping rules.
This includes the Guillotine, Heatpress machine*, Booklet maker*, Perfect Binder*, Coil Spiral Binding Machine, Comb Binding Machine, Perforator Machine, Shrink Wrapping Machine, Manual Scoring Machine, Vinyl Cutter*, Vinyl Cutter*.
We also have a variety of tools including but not limited to bone folders, metal ruler, exacto knives, scissors, long arm staples, heavy duty staples, hole punches, awl, metal clips, corner rounders.

–> Appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis. In order to reserve a flash printing slot please book ahead of time. You can make an appointment to reserve a spot ahead of time or walk-in but that’s not guaranteed. - Files need to be prepared ahead of time.
- Flash printing is reserved for printing one-sheet posters/zines/postcards only.
- If you are wanting to print multiple things at a large scale, please book one appointment per print job.
- Paper is provided. We have either 80C off-white or white and 80T off-white or white paper available. You are also welcome to bring your own paper if you’d like.

Additional charges will apply if an incorrect package is selected (i.e. paid for a three color print, but the file is for 4 colors). Once you purchase, please fill out the Google form with the required information.
Please expect your Riso printed artwork to be ready within 2-3 weeks for prints and up to 3-4 weeks for zines. The turnaround time begins when files are sent and approved for printing.
