Menus Plaisirs was created, in part, during an artistic residency in the workshops of Engramme, an organization working with the Méduse cultural and community cooperative in Quebec City. The Musée de la civilisation in Quebec City, the Cité international de la langue française in Villers-Cotterêts, and the FRAC Picardie supported this residency.
The project was finalized in Anaick Moriceau's studios in Saint Brieux, Brittany.

The graphic design and editorial design were created in collaboration with Bureau Chastagnaret Debauge.
